My mother had a stroke about a month ago, and we place her here to do therapy. The whole process of getting her to an inpatient rehab was all new to our family, we spend a whole day looking to different places and at the end of the day we choose Provo Rehab Center. It was the best choice we made for my mother. The people there are awesome! They treated my mother with care and dignity. Their staff are a bunch of people that care for the well being of the patients and their family. Spencer has gone above and beyond in proving updates and helping us go through the insurance process. We have a meeting to go over the discharge of my mother and they took care of us. We got the information we needed, answered all of our questions and concerns, and gave us resources for the family. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place for yourself or love ones.

Both of my parents were fortunate enough to spend 7 months at Provo Rehabilitation and Nursing. If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Everyone at the facility bent over backwards to take care of their every need! They helped make their room as comfortable as their living room at home. The Staff at the facility are the best- most caring bunch of people I ve ever met!
If you re ever in a position to require help while your loved ones are recovering from any type of condition, this is the place to bring them to!
Both of my folks acquired the Wuhan China flu and did fantastic - even with their age and medical conditions!
If you re just not sure where to get help, call Eric, Brock or Spencer and they ll help you figure out a care plan to bring your loved ones back to great health!

Very impressed with this facility the staff and administrative team really go above and beyond to make sure all of their residents are well cared for. They have amazing therapists, nurses and CNAs who take pride in their job! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a temporary home for their loved ones.

My mom has been at Provo Rehabilitation & Nursing for over two months. From the top down, it is clearly evident how much the employees care about their patients. Spencer and Carly personally come to my mom s room three days a week to turn on her tablet so we can do a zoom call with her. My mom always looks well taken care of and has made improvements since she has been here! This facility and its employees have been a godsend! I would highly recommend Provo Rehabilitation & Nursing!

I have know many of the workers there for years and let me tell you, if you want someone who is professional, kind, and hard working to take care of you, this is the place to go. The CNA's are fantastic. The nurses are fantastic. Transportation, admissions and all of the management are amazing and I think the level of care they offer is truly humbling!

I very highly recommend this top notch facility! Extremely caring staff...Carly, Spencer, and staff have treated our mom like family since Day 1 when she first arrived unresponsive. Mom is now starting to show signs of life thanks to their amazing care.

Absolutely exceptional. The staff and administration were professional, friendly, and precise. My father stayed for 3 weeks following a stroke. He was treated with compassion and yet they worked him hard to get him back on his feet. I can t say enough good things about Spencer and the team at PR&N.

The nurses are following COVID protocol from the state and federal levels and the CNA s taking great care to get to know each resident. And take notice, Provo rehabilitation is very close to the hospital should there be a need, you can t be any more convenient than this. Your family member is in good hands! As the saying goes. It s all about location and that s just the frosting on the cake

I have been through the ringer the last 7 years of my life. Each time I end up going to the hospital and I get to choose which rehab place I would like to go. I always choose Provo Rehab as they truly care for me. I know there are several other places as the hospital case managers show me a list but I love Provo. The staff love me. They care for me. Therapy is the best! I go home feeling on top of the world! I am an advocate for them.

My Mom & my son s Grandma has been in Provo Rehab and we couldn t have asked for a better temporary home for her . They have all been positive loving people in her life and in ours . They honestly treat her as if she is apart of their family . Being away from her during this time as been extremely difficult and truly the only comfort we get is knowing she s getting the best care possibly and then some . They talk to her and they go above and beyond. Thank you sincerely to all of the staff at Provo Rehab . You all mean so much to all of us and we are eternally grateful. Carly and Spencer have been extremely comforting and loving and they have gotten us through some tough times with their reassurance and guidance. God bless you all!
