This happened a few years ago but I'm still finding things that TJ's messed up on my motorcycle. I took my bike in for some carburetor work - the diagnosis alone took 3 weeks, the repair took another month with waiting on parts.

First, when i got my bike back the dash lights were blown out. It was annoying but I ignored it and went to ride home. On the ride home I had bolts popping out of my motorcycle due to them putting the bolts back in the wrong place. I called them and they played it off like it wasn't a big deal, essentially refusing to get a tow truck to me right away so that I could get back to work.

After holding the thing together while riding back to their shop, I regret them touching my bike again - they replaced the bolts and 'apologized' by replacing the lights in the dash, which I had to install myself.

Here I am a few years later, doing work around the carburetor to improve fuel efficiency - so far I have found the decompression cable is gone (this thing does not just fall off, had to be removed). It's a wonder the bike ran at all. Inside the carbs I found that they had installed the shims on the wrong side of the needle pin.

Seriously, I hope in the last few years you guys have figured out what a motorcycle is and how to work on it if you hope to continue charging people. I wish I had known more at the time and inspected the work myself, we would have handled this differently than a bad review.
