I worked with Delroy Bodley at NY Living Solutions for my recent apartment hunt. Delroy is very knowledgeable about all the buildings in the Financial District (where I was looking) and was able to put together a solid apartment tour in the time it takes to get a cup of coffee. We visited about a dozen apartments, all of which fit my requirements, and with Delroy's help I was able to get the place I really wanted. I've never had an easier time finding an apartment! I would definitely recommend him to any friend looking for a place in Manhattan.
