FALSE ADVERTISING AND CRANKY STAFF - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There's no mention of the $18 entrance fee to pick fruit until you arrive. I've never seen such a fee at other pick-your-own farms.

The real cherry on top of this experience, however, was during the train ride to the orchard. For safety reasons, they request you keep your hand inside the vehicle. That seems reasonable. However, when some kids, as kids do, put out their hands to touch some leaves on passing-by trees, the "conductor" slammed on the breaks throw said kids off their seats. He then turns around and shouts straining to be heard over the wails of multiple children who are now crying, "I said keep your f**king hands inside the train!"

Unbelievable. He slammed on the breaks so hard he put the kids in more danger than they were in trying to touch the trees and using adult language in front of kids is completely inappropriate.

The "lookout" part of the name should clue us in to NOT GO TO BELKIN FAMILY FARM.
