I have been meaning to post this review for a while now. We stayed at the Hotel Jerome towards the end of November 2019. It was our third visit to Aspen but first time at the hotel. We arrived the day after it had reopened after a brief break and before the mad rush began. It was perfect. We were met at the airport by Lois and Tom in the hotel car. They paved the way for an absolutely fantastic stay. Everybody who we came into contact with at the hotel was so friendly, so warm and so helpful. Lois is an absolute gem. We had an amazing suite with a fabulous view of the mountains. Our bed was so comfortable I did not want to leave it in the morning. The service was beyond 5*. Cannot wait to return!
