The best tech, John, could not have been better. He was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and empathetic. He always asked permission to do something and took the time to explain everything to me. Also, the value of what I m getting compared to what I got from the previous company that installed my water heater cannot be underestimated. I will recommend John and Gillece to anyone who asks.
