I asked to have 1. A recall item taken care of, 2. A tail light lens, 3. A new battery as mine was 4 years old. They made an appointment to see me. I asked if they had parts for the tail light, the recall, and a battery. I was told that they did. We scheduled the appointment. They changed the battery. They did not have parts for the fuel pump recall or the tail light lens. We rescheduled to do the two remaining items once parts were ordered and available. Which is why I haven t responded to the incessant requests to leave feedback about my experience. To be continued.
