Ocean Properties & Management has managed my beachside property for over 4 years. The quality of tenants have been excellent and the service provided by Anita Hastings and Tina Barchard has been outstanding. Their communication and accounting services have been great! I hope continue with their management services for as long I as I continue to rent my property.
