This review is on my personal experience with this hospital. The core strength of any hospital is the quality of doctors and the customer service by support staff.

Pros:
- Good and clean Infrastructure (new)
- Free Valet parking (Saves you from hassle of finding a parking spot and that too for free)
- Long list of variety of qualified doctors which are really very good! Majority of details about each doctor is also easily available on their website and kiosks on site.
- Very supportive staff and nurses
- 2 inhouse cafeteria's (although the options available(food) are limited but sufficient)
- Supportive yet firm security guards

Cons:
- Complete mismanagement in case of OPD. If you are given a appointment at 11:30 am you might be actually meeting him at 2 pm. There is a lady/attendant/ Executive attached with each doctor but they cant do much to ensure your appointment happens on time. I understand that sometime the doctor may be busy in some Emergency but I am telling this with my experience of more than 2 time.

- Same case for Radiology services especially ultrasound. They take a lot and a lot of time here and it is not predictable. No preference to pregnant ladies especially the ones who can't wait too much due to their health condition.

- Last but not the least, the overall charges for treatment and tests here is on a higher side. For example one simple ultrasound (early pregnancy) is of INR 1900 here; while the same test in a nearby market by a Other clinic (with MD radiologist) is INR 900.

So in nut shell, its a very good hospital but you need to shell extra from your pocket for treatment here. May be if you have got your treatment covered under insurance, this is good place in dwarka to head for.
