FSCJ Kent campus has a great academic staff, who really care about the subjects they teach, but MAN their support line SUCKS!!! The actual technical support team is great. Vince and another staff member helped me as fast as they could, but i waited on the line for 45 minutes for the student center!!! then got hung up on. Now i'm waiting on the phone again!! 53 minutes and counting!! you guys need to get it together!
