I ordered a headset and it never arrived. When I checked their website it always said I couldn't track the item and it would be received by the estimated delivery date. I sent them an eNote - a waste of time - they rarely responded in a timely manner and they never could explain what was happening - just that they were waiting to hear back from the warehouse. Found the item cheaper on OneDirect!
