I can't say enough good things about BMW of Spring...

I can't say enough good things about BMW of Springfield. I worked directly with Shahin Nasiri, who provided top notch customer service from start to finish. The pricing was extremely fair and after we agreed to the lease deal, he saw the process through to its completion. On more than one occasion in the past at other places, after the point of sale, there's a drop off (notably in helping you "learn" all the technology within a new car). BMW of Springfield runs a great operation and it was important to them that I was comfortable with everything before I drove my new car off the lot. I had an opportunity to meet with the General Manager, Matt Bibbo as well as Brad Vaill, both of whom wanted to ensure that my experience as a customer was superior. Ty (finance) and Sean (customer service) were very helpful as well. Bottom line: everyone there went far above and beyond because it's evident they car about their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership and look forward to returning in the future.
