We had our Subaru Outback serviced at this location and I can't even begin to express how AWESOME we think the service here is! They've been outstanding each and every time. I most recently worked with Veronica to make an appt for a new windshield. She was very helpful, prompt, and scheduled us an appt for it. I was kinda shocked at how fast she would call back with updates! I, not her, wrote down the wrong date showed up and realized that I mixed up the date for the appt. We were fine with coming back in a week but this dealership fit us in for the same day! Honestly, their service exceeds any service that I've seen so far. We also have a BMW and I used to think BMW's service was the best. Well, forgive me BMW gods, but Subaru has the best service I've seen & we're now looking to trade our 2nd car in for another subaru.
