Watch out for the ER charges. I had to go to the ER for my Flu and then I received 2 different invoices. There was one for the Dr. charges for $500 and the other one under facility charges for $580! I was waiting for 15 minutes in the waiting room to be called for the Dr. visit. The Dr. visit took under 5 minutes. I have a great insurance, but you know how it is. The total charges added up to over $1,000 and that was for only a Flu. The facility charge was ridiculous. I did not use anything there nor did I receive no services. I cannot imagine for a serious illness or an accident how much the charge would be. Stay away from the ER if you can. Otherwise, you might lose all you have for a serious illness!
