Update: after meeting with Larry (Service Director), a technician examined my car and fixed the issue. Larry made sure I was taken care of and all issues were resolved. I will return back to this located solely because of Larry's support and kindness.

service department is horrible. I took my car in for service due to a airbag recall notice from Honda. When I got my car back, the door trim was not installed properly, there were broken airbag pieces on the floor from the tech. removing the old unit and the dash above the unit was not aligned correctly. The manager stated they didn't touch the dash and that I would have to pay to have that fixed! The manager had a negative attitude and the job was clearly rushed!! I will never have service done at this dealership again and plan on reporting this incident to Honda directly.
