I work with a company organising maintenance works for hundreds of properties across the north- Penguin windows arranged to fit a new door on one of our properties - following which we have had reports that the door has been fitted incorrectly making the property not secure and unsafe. - As a result we have been trying to get in contact with them for over 2 weeks with no response and being sent straight to voicemail or our emails ignored.
It is completely unacceptable as a tenant has now been left with an unsecure property and penguin windows refusing to get in contact to resolve the issue that they caused.
