The hotel was very nice and everything was clean. Yeah staff was generally friendly and helpful when asked for advice or extra assistance. A couple issues that caused a lost star were the complimentary snacks and water that was supposed to be waiting in our room was not there until several hours after we'd checked in. I also went to use the fitness center and was told that I needed to be quiet because they had a spa treatment room next door that I was disturbing. I don't think that I am more important than the guest receiving spa treatment but it was incredibly annoying having to tiptoe around during my workout to accommodate a poor hotel design. Some solutions should be looked at to solve this problem.
