Our room was ok; the pictures are much better than...

Our room was ok; the pictures are much better than reality. They show beachside pictures, but it's not true. The floors were filthy, and we were told we would get a call from the director of cleaning. I never got the call as you may have already guessed. I won't attempt to explain the level customer service; I will leave that to your imagination. I don't recommend staying there & I will not be repeat customer.
