UTA is the worst college that I've studied so far....

UTA is the worst college that I've studied so far. Everything is slow. Emailing an advisor and it takes more than a week to receive their response. It takes more than 30m wait to get someone to answer the phone admission/registrar offices.
I requested my transcript to be sent out so I can transfer to UTD ( a much better college) but it takes more than a month and the job is still incomplete.
If you want a better service and good school to go to, don't go to UTA
