This was a getaway for my boyfriend s birthday. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade; the hot tub was coming off the wall, the steam shower did not work, and the pictures were not as advertised.
In addition, we went into the lounge area on Saturday night to order food and while waiting we started to play pool. The manager actually came up to us and ask that we stop playing while the band was playing. For the price of this trip, we should have been able to play pool whenever we wanted. I also think that firewood should have been provided for at least one night.
We agreed the grounds were lovely as we ventured off on a hike. And as much as we enjoyed each other, we were both very disappointed with the quality of accommodation and will not travel back to Paradise Stream.
