Alex from service desk immediately reached out and shook my hand introduced himself and said he would be taking care of me. Truck was in for oil change and tire rotation. Enjoyed the video provided, was in and out in less than an hour, Alex called my cell when I didn't hear him calling in waiting room. All in all great experience - Thank you!
