I purchased a brand new car from them and during the purchase process they we re very polite and nice and their hospitality is just outstanding, but a day later after the purchase i notice something weird with the brakes of the car that I purchased, so obviously i went back to them to check it out hoping for the same attitudes and hospitality they had on the first place, well tough luck went i went back to them they accused me of racing the vehicle that might ve caused for the brakes to go bad, and they said that they have to do a thorough investigation on it, i waited for about 5-6 hours without no one even checking up on me or asking if i wanted to leave the car. I want to leave names but i don't want to bash them like that. Overall i feel like when you re purchasing a car they are so polite and their hospitality is just great, but once its done and things needs to be done to your vehicle it s like they re just leaving you out of the blue. I am very disappointed in my experience with them considering my family had been purchasing our cars from toyota dealerships.
