I frequent the Market when I want something quick ...

I frequent the Market when I want something quick and don't feel like cooking. For the most part, the food is good and I don't mind spending a little more for convenience, but I resent when I do spend the money and I get salmon that is so dry, tough and overcooked that it is inedible. This is not the first time this has happened to me but it is the last. I won't be buying there anymore.
