Jonathan Brickley Review of CarCo Automotive

I negotiated a deal with Jeff @ Carco on a 2006 International and was happy with the price. He promised a Carfax vehicle history report would be sent that evening. The next morning, it still hadn't come.
June Marie, his assistant, then called me and I mentioned (again) that I was promised a Carfax, which she said she'd attach to the email. Five minutes later, Jeff called and said (confessed) that the "100% Truck" he had described earlier DID have some front end damage which was not disclosed.
OK, still not a deal breaker for me. Just give me the freakin Carfax.
Five minutes later, I get an email, with the invoice for the purchase. (As an aside, the $3,200 service agreement Jeff had quoted me was now changed to $3,600).
But, there was STILL no Carfax.
I called June Marie back, asking (again) for the Carfax.
Her response: "We do not have one and can't get one for you."
Previously I'd hired an independent diesel mechanic to inspect the vehicle for me since I live out of state. I asked June if the diesel mechanic had showed up to inspect the vehicle yet. She put me on hold, then picked up a few minutes later saying, "I just got off the phone with Paul, and he's on his way over to inspect."
After hanging up with June, I immediately called Paul, who said he hadn't received a call from June or ANYONE from Carco all day long.
June's lie, along with a few from Jeff, are the reason I'm going to spend $60,000+ dollars elsewhere.
I've NEVER written a Google review about anyone before, but this experience deserved a negative one.
