Our salesman Jason was phenomenal. Low pressure. Very helpful.
Unfortunately- during initial paperwork I was asked to fill out a credit application despite my informing them I had financing from my credit union. Jason assured me it was just a form to capture information. I expressed very specifically that I did NOT want them to run my credit (creating a hard inquiry) he assured me that they wouldn't and he would make sure they didn't.
The moment I'm in the finance manager office he tells me he ran my information against fifth third. When I told him I specifically asked not to have my info ran he got very hostile "if a customer wants to yell at me for trying to save him money so be it. I'm treating your money like my money". No sir you are not, you are just doing whatever you want to do with complete disregard for your customers wishes.

I told him I wasn't interested in extended warranty he was offering and he pressured me extensively. I told him repeatedly no- even upfront I told him I didn't want to hear about it. He said he won't take no for an answer until I hear him out entirely.

It's people like Jason that keep you coming back, its people like this finance manager that make you never look at a dealership again.

Additionally. I told him I had gap insurance through my credit union already set up. He told me this was the form for it. It wasn't. After reviewing when I got him he set me up with their (much more expensive) gap insurance.

Other than that only issues were the car (even after I asked!) still wasn't fully detailed and cleaned out. Pieces of peanuts on the cup holders, little pieces of something speckled on the seats, etc.
tire pressure sensor is broken- going to be heading in to get that taken care of.
