Ok so let me start off by saying my family and I will NEVER be staying at this resort again .... Resort?! It s a hyped up motel. The rooms were filthy, the pools were loaded with hair and bugs... the water park & arcades were really nice except the water park was closed down several times daily for hours at a time bc of rain or cleaning and the toddler area was overrun by teenagers. We got a room near the pool which had a bar so okay that s a plus maybe EXCEPT the bar was NEVER opened. We were placed in a tiny room that was shown online to us as something much different aka King Deluxe, right?! Not even close - we were told by a supervisor that we would be upgraded by a certain time and she never called us back until Monday night and we were leaving two days later. We had to call constantly for toilet paper, they had two working tv channels when the internet wasn t down... service was absolutely horrendous and no one there was nice. Never ever again.
