They have LOST my textbooks and paperwork multiple times. Financial aid office forces you to wait anywhere from 15-45 minutes and then they usually make you talk to some teenagers who have no idea about anything instead of a REAL counselor more than half the time, even if they are clearly not busy. Go to any other campus instead, I assure you it's worth the drive.
