While I was having a conversation beside my chair in the hotel lobby, after 2 minutes, my bag was stolen. Security told me that the camera is broken. The hotel workers did not care about my stolen bag at all, where the staff treated me unkindly, and the police just told me to report it to the police and he cannot do anything about it, while being mad at me for making " a bag deal out if it". My passport, wallet, and all IDs are stolen, and I was stranded in Oslo for 3 days. After my incident was reported, no one asked whether I was okay or what happened afterwards, comlete lack of regards and neglect.

The witless wifi did not work, it was slow and laggy, worse wifi I've ever experienced. The hotel is not properly cleaned, the rooms are dirty, and the staff are horrible, absolutely horrible.
