Apart from the nice showroom - and it pains me to say this (As we did look at reviews etc before committing !!!) - Worst decision we ever made getting Laings to fit out our Bathroom - Project over-ran (A LOT) poor trades people (Lots of 3rd Parties) - Worst plastering I've ever seen - And YES - they do want 100% payment upfront - Now I understand why as they would never deserve any balance to be paid due to lousy install works...
NOT what it's made out to be !!! Be warned !!! Still fixing issues myself as don't want their team to return (e.g. Fix one thing, break another !!!)
