I haven't been to the book store in years manly since I just buy my book but I had to get my card cause of school reasons and I gotta say this library's staff are so rude and impolight.
I sign the paper work to get a new card and for some reason I had to prove that I lived at the address I entered into there computer. I don't have a drivers license cause I'm 10 and this is federal way. I wasn't even checking out a book I only needed the card for there website. They tell me I need to bring in a parent so I did and they still wouldn't give me a card.
Guess who got an F in there arts in crafts.
I haven't been to this library since I was 5 and I bet your azz I won't be going back

Cant return items when closed? Went 20 minutes out of my way there and back to return an item that's due tomorrow but could not find any self check-in or return facilities. It's a pretty basic requirement or I'm going blind....? Ok so off hour returns available at the other branch nearby. Perhaps a note stating 'No off hour returns'?
