Tranquility +++. This is a large hotel but amazingly peaceful and quiet and nice atmosphere...an escape from the hustle and bustle a few km away! I preferred it to the W Sentosa which although more modern is a bit more generic. Rooms were nice but probably looking for an upgrade in next few years. Fitness centre is to notch. Service is good but my only gripe is that many staff seem addicted to their mobiles.. I'm surprised they are permitted.
