I would have given this business half a star but that isn't an option. I called and spoke to someone that was the worst customer service rep I have encounter. I asked for a cab and 30 minutes later I called back to see the status and behold!.... He didn't put in my cab order. Then I had to wait 30 more minutes for a cab and when I call back the lady tells me it's an HOUR! I'm going to UBER. I Hope everyone reading this post decides not to use Yellow cab. They are the WORST.
