This company does knowingly take advantage of the elderly! My mother has been without the system being connected and working for 6+ months, regardless of calls into customer service. She has always had connection issues for the entirety of the 5 year contract. Her contract has been up and she called to let them know that she was changing service providers and the new company sent off notification as well. They claimed they never received and notifications and continued to charge her anyway! First they claimed that her contract was not up but when confronted with the initial sign up dates; they began claiming that she extended her contract! Proof of this? There is none!! No recording of the supposed call, nothing!! Disgusting customer service and extremely deceptive practices. They are still charging her and we've been fighting this for over two months now. Absolutely no respect for elderly veterans!
