As a superhost and landlord with them for 2+ years I have been appalled at how we have been treated. I strongly suggest not putting your property up through them. They have blatant disregard for owners, refunding full stays to guests for false claims, shutting down your account costing us thousands and ruining renters vacations citing a policy we didn't even know existed and were quite willing to fix if given the opportunity. Such a disappointment. Please dont give them any money.
