The night we went it was total chaos getting in. There was no one at the hostess station giving guidance. Once we FINALLY got seated, our server was great and the food came out in a timely manner considering how busy they were. The food is good for the price.

My question is why do they not prepare better when big events are in town? I don't understand why they don't keep up with the schedule of Nationwide Arena and staff accordingly since they are only 2 blocks away?
