Extremely difficult to deal with. I work with a contractor and to get insurance checks endorsed by this company is exasperating. They require the home owner's written authorization for EVERYTHING even when you have a signed Assignment of Claim that authorizes your company to work on the homeowners behalf. Even releasing general information. Because the call center is outsourced outside of the US if you don't phrase questions in a way that matches their scripts they get confused easily.
Their call times are typically relatively low and it's reasonably simple to get in contact with the company however they basically refuse to speak with anyone but the home owner. If you're thinking about using this mortgage company just know you're going to have to be very involved in any home repairs or contractor work.
