Stayed here as there was an event on and the room booked was not what the picture showed on the website, and if the real picture of the room was showing I'm sure the bookings wouldn't be happening. On entering the room it was smelly and this smell wasnt pleasant at all and the room was showing signs of previous damp that had been kind of repaired which I'm sure is a H&s issue especially if not treated correct mould can be harmful, the bed was uncomfortable and this wasn't my best night sleep waking up with a bad back.
We got to the hotel late with only half an hour to get ready for the event we booked so going to get the room changed wasn't on the cards as we would of been late.

I did complain at the desk today and was given free drinks and meal (breakfast) which took well over 30 mins to come out which we had people turning up after us being served their food while we was still waiting.
The experience and room was shocking and does not hold up to its name the Hilton, I've had better service in cheaper hotels than this.
If I'm honest it has put me off staying at a Hilton again.
