My husband had been emailing different Toyota dealerships about a 2017 V6 Highlander and he felt that he got the best overall feedback from Maly at El Cajon. Maly answered our questions and clarified certain things via email which led to our decision of going to their dealership.

We received an email saying they had to do a trade but our car was at El Cajon Toyota so we set up an appointment and came in the next morning. We were directed to Zack Khoshnaw who was completely amazing from the beginning. Not only did he have to run around finding our invisible car but he figured out and explained to us what had happened in a calm, professional manner. The dealer trade that was suppose to occur, didn't due to the other dealership selling our car. My husband and I were very disappointed as this was going to be our first purchase as a newly married couple but he took us to see a V4 so we could compare the interior because we originally wanted ash but he knew we'd like black better.. which we did!

Zack sat us down and tracked down our exact car about 120 miles away and said he would go see what he could do to rectify the mix up. His manager came out and they informed us of how they would accommodate what happened and it was very generous in our eyes. Zack told us to grab lunch and bring the receipt back and our car would be on its way but may not be there until the night and they'd detail it and have it ready the following morning. Zack actually called us that night to inform us that he did indeed have his eyes on our car which set our minds at ease and was much appreciated.

Sunday morning, we arrived and Zack took complete care of us and actually got us an even better price. The icing on the cake was that this Highlander came with a rack and he also took care of the little details that my husband had mentioned he wanted via email. Zack went above and beyond to make sure our first bump in the road was just a distant memory and he ensured that we left happy. I actually feel like we were the fortunate ones when we left Toyota of El Cajon after Zack's customer service!
