9/23/16 -UPDATE- After posting the review, Mr. Walter has come out and fixed all the problems himself. He is treating my lawn like it is his own, and I am very satisfied with the way that the lawn is starting to look. Thank you!

I have used Walter for the past 3 years and am very dissatisfied. I hired them two years ago (April, 2014) at the beginning of the season to put down new dirt, grade, and reseed the property. Danielle assured me that by October of 2016 I would have a property that would allow people with canes to walk on without tripping. This has NEVER happened.

Here is a copy of the email I sent in September, 2015: "I know you told me that it would take a growing season for most of these issues to work themselves out. I am not sure how the lawn will smooth itself out, but I trusted you knew your job better than I do.

I have to admit that overall we are VERY disappointed in the way the lawn looks. There are bare patches over 50% of the lawn, the weeds are out of control, and much of the new soil has moved downhill due to the excessive rains.There are rows of NO grass areas in the backyard and when I mowed that soil would blow up and away. However, the most disappointing is the rust colored back yard area where they covered the seed with the hay blanket, It looks like something is trying to grow there, but it is mainly weeds. Additionally, we had asked that the lawn was smoothed out so that people with canes could walk on it, and not trip or get stuck in a hole. It is just as bumpy as it was before you began. Additionally, the front yard has waves of hills, and was not smoothed out at all."

There response was to send a technician out. They are AWESOME at sending people out to LOOK at the problem. They look, then they leave. They call and tell me things like: The grass needs time to grow, the rusty grass will grow out, etc. I authorized them to do ANY repair work up to $500 without contacting me. They have done nothing. My lawn looks horrible. Every time I mow it I become angry as we paid close to $4000 for the weeds.
