I sold my house on March 17, 2020 and still have not received my escrow balance refund. Everything I read says they have 20 business days to send it but since they sent to my old address they say they now need to wait 60 days to reissue it. Service rep hung up on me after explaining it's their policy. My policy is to never use them again. Today is May 22
