As a former renter of their properties under management, i have to say I ve never rented from a more deplorable group of people, and left the apartment at first chance. Daniel Mendez is the reason for writing this review. I had an issue with one of his employees, left several voicemail messages with the front office, but he NEVER replied, i had to hunt him down through other channels. When someone wants to speak to me about an employee, especially a customer, i drop everything. This was optional for him. I am also reading about multiple bikes being stolen from their properties all the same way, with bolt cutters, and FPI has prosecuted nobody, despite having cameras all around, hmmmmm. Sounds like an inside job, but they don t care about their tenants belongings. good riddance FPI!
