So caring! I called them to ask if I should bring my puppy in or if it could wait until Monday when his vet opened. The lady on the phone (I wish I had caught her name) talked through everything with me and even asked a doctor about some of his symptoms. She called me back after the doctor looked at the pictures she had me email and told me that it was something that was able to wait a couple days for his vet to open. I love that she was looking out for the best interest of me and my pup. She saved me a emergency vet bill but still made sure he was okay. If he does ever need an er, this is where I will go!
