SCAMMERS!!! Becareful when you go into the finance department. The salesman will say one price and you think thats what you re buying for your car. But then you go into the finace department and they don t verbally say anything but they completely change the price of the car. Basically, the add so much **** to your bill.

Shout put to Jonathan Martinez for being the most charming scammer ever. He literally talks like his helping you but is actually killing your pockets. Its funny how they verbally go over all the stuff they want to add like why the GAP insur is good, why the 6+ warranty is good. But they never verbally explain that their adding $650 for collision because NOW all of a sudden they expect you to read the Pile of papers.

So, to be on the safe side. BE CAREFUL of what you re signing because they really do LIE with NO guilt. I called 3x to fix this issue. I was put on hold for 20 mins than the reps says his not working today. Did it take you 20 mins to figure that out sweetheart? 2nd day, I was put on voicemail. And finally the 3rd day after 3 attempts I got hold of someone. And they did nothing about it. His words were You should have read the papers before signing.

Will I ever go business with these people! NEVER
So sad because this was my second purchase from them but too bad I didn t notice these scams before. PLUS their SERVICE is ridiculously SLOW. Take plenty of snacks and netflex
