This is the most authentic Japanese restaurant I have ever been to in the United States, and I m originally from New York. I know this because I have been to Japan. Kiku bears a STRIKING resemblance to the ambiance, flavor and feel of a true Japanese dining experience. Once you ve eaten the sushi at Kiku, you will have a difficult time eating the overly Americanized version that you ll find anywhere else in town. Absolutely love this place. Incredible waiter too who cares deeply about the food and is unbelievably knowledgeable able professional. Eat here.
