I've been wanting to amend this review for over year. While is true Gillece finished the job, it wasn't before they convinced me that two brand new dryers were defective because it just couldn't be the quality of their work, right? Well after two weeks of dirty clothes piling up in my house, I still didn't have a working dryer. Gillece kept insisting that It wasn't them. However after much prodding and arguing, I convinced them to try one final step that they swore wouldn't work, which was replace the entire line and not just to splice the line. But because they already charged me the quoted price for the "splice" they didn't want to replace the entire line and thus losing money. Well, when they replaced the entire line, low and behold the dryer turned on!! Gillece refused to believe the customer, continued to tout their decades of years of experience, when in fact they were wrong and the customer was right. This experience was completely stressful, unnecessary and costly. I retuned two perfectly working dryers because Gillece insisted it wasn't them. It was too much and frankly unbelievable. I'm not saying their work is always awful, but in this situation they put me and my family through so much just so they can save on cost and not abide by the misquote. Rough two weeks.
