This visit is a sobering experience of humanity gone wrong at social level and dignified humanity at family and friend level. The venue was well organised with the use of individual headsets so that everyone could engage with the audible tour in a quiet atmosphere befitting such tragic events, as if paying respect. A poignant moment for me as a father was a comment by Anne's father that the actual thoughts of a child can not be fully known.
