I rented a place from them. I reported a leak in my ceiling that was gathering water in light fixture.
It took days for someone to come by but when he did & saw it, he said it wasn't that bad.
2 days later the whole ceiling caved in. I was furious & went to the office & told them my ceiling caved in. They told me I had to put my complaint in writing. I left & stayed with family, since this happened on October 3rd. They finally fixed it at the end of November & had the audacity to charge me for October & November rent. I finally moved back in December to find mold had grown all over the new ceiling. When I complained about that, they filed for eviction a week later.
