I hadn't read the reviews up until now, I wish I had! Shipping was amazing, I did purchase a rush order and it got to me in 2 days which was beyond belief.

However, there were 2 missing items in my order, which were backordered. It wasn't mentioned anywhere that there were 2 items backordered on my receipt or the email confirmation they sent. I contacted them via email and they told me I could get a refund, which is also lovely. I then realized upon opening other products that I had ordered that 2 items didn't have the protective sealer cap on, which I can't use, for hygienic purposes, I do not know if they were contaminated. I've emailed once again and no answer. It has been two weeks and I still do not have a refund.

I called the business number and the woman told me there was nothing she could do, that I was to keep emailing. That is how they resolve their issues. She said they have been getting a lot of angry customers lately because things were in back order (which should be announced on their website, but it isn't) , and to 'try and not to be too rude' via email otherwise it might go ignored. That is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Not very much prone to making your customers happy and having returning clients. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
