This is by far the worst airport there is. Everything was very tight, very little seating. On the toilet at Gate A03 you could only use one, because the other was missing the door. 1 1/2 hours before the check - in, then a huge queue in the security control area where then again very unfriendly employees. They are not the fastest either, and then you have to listen to it, you should be there sooner, so that the flight leaves on time and has no delay. Is of course very funny, if the check - in opens only 1 1/2 hours before. Berlin is such a big city and has such a terrible airport. For me an absolute disaster and not even worth a star. The next time I would rather take the 6-7 hours drive before buying this catastrophic airport again.
