On arrival we were greeted in a joyful+pleasant manner.Then to our surprise we were told that we were upgraded to the pentsuite!!We were estatic!Your receptionist Nicola deserves mentioning as she really wanted us to enjoy our stay+was so helpful.We had explained it was our 12yr Wedding Anniversary+was greeted by mini choc desserts in our room too!Hubbys highlight was the tv in the bath,l personally loved the fluffy bathrobes+sit-out balcony.All staff were friendly+helpful too.Hotel is situated right in heart of Kilkenny city which was fab for exploring the Cathedral,Castle,giftshops,little tea rooms,shopping arcade.Will definitely be recommending this Hotel to all l know!
